  A special pink colour between bright coral and salmon on a nicetextured wine. With an intriguing nose that turns from cherries and black berries to mediterranean bush and slight hints of iodine. Pleasantly full sip in the mouth, almost fat, fresh but deliciously savory and warm.

  Ideal with first dishes of Salento’s culinary tradition especially with local type of mediterranean vegetables.
