  The salmon shade enlivens the solid structure of this rosé with an intense and captivating nose. Notes of sweet fruit and ripeness emerge: cherries, raspberries, strawberries. In the background, at times, flicker Mediterranean notes of marjoram and rosemary. The sip is silky and balanced with the right freshness and a tantalizing savory trail.

  Good gastronomic versatility; we imagine it on dishes with a tomato base: tubetti pasta with grouper sauce, rabbit hunter style, chickpeas soup, pizza marinara.
