• Tasting notes
  Bright , straw-yellow colourwith an appreciable structure. Very attractive to the nose,implanted on a crispy fragrance of yellow fruit as pineapples, apricots, almonds mixed with sweets floral hints of acacia. Clearly perceived a clear savory note of sea salt. It’s taste is definitely coherent with it’s bouquet: fresh, slightly balsamic and savory.

  Ideal with sea-based dishes such as linguine with sea urchins and salted fish.
