Initial stage of fermentation with maceration into inox steel tanks at thermocontrolled temperature for 15 days.

A full bodied wine with garnet colour and some ruby red reflexions. Its nice smells reminds to the crispy fruits with dark pulp, to dark pepper’s spiciness and to a subtle note of powdered licorice and mediterranean grass. Fresh sip and savory with and intriguing note of warmth and vibrant tannins.

Very tasty wine, matches perfectly with mixed grilled meat.
