Only the powerful wines, structured, not so much aromatic with a relevant alcoholic content are suitable to be refined and aged in wood, that's the reason why we adopted a set of special wooden barrels made of oak, of different capacities in order to improve the original organoleptic features of our wines.

We count on technical support of an expert wine-maker, connoisseur of territory and all vinification techniques.

The refinement in barriques gives the wine an enrichment of its scents, an exhaltation of its tastes and its quality. The tannins and the aromatic aldehydes produce new aromas and the non-phenolic smelling substances are responsible of that particular taste defined “boise' “
