Tasting notes
Straw-yellow colour with some slight golden glows on a good texture. Intense bouquet of sweet exotic fruits and delicate herbal hints with a subtile mineral note. Fresh, pleasant on palate underlined by a clear savory taste.
Food pairing
Ideal as aperitif and with appetizers based upon sea-fruits and battered vegetables.
