The fermentation’s process takes place into inox steel tanks at thermocontrolled temperature.
Tasting notes
Very bright and intense salmon pink color interwoven on a good structure. Powerful notes based on a fruit with a crispy and sweet pulp: cherry, blackcurrant, blackberry, pomegranate. On the palate is round on the beginning to open on a fresh flavor, slightly savory and deliciously persistent.
Food pairing
A very versatile wine, from the sea to the earth and even perfect with dishes based upon white meats.
