Vinification e winemaking notes
Initial stage of fermentation into inox steel tanks at thermocontrolled temperature, afterwards the must is put in barriques where it finishes the fermentation process
Tasting notes
Full straw yellow color with golden reflexions. A wine with a consistent structure and a pleasantly intense and fresh nose based on white pulp fruits with a nice memory of thyme and mint. Flavor deliciously crispy, fresh, sapid ad full.
Food pairing
It matches perfectly with salty fish dishes and soups made by legumes.
