Features
bright salmon pink colour with coral reflexions of good texture. A persistent smell based upon crispy red fruits: cherry, raspberry, pink grapefruit. A very tasty flavor with a pleasant fruity aftertaste, coherent with its smell.
Recommendation
A dry wine, ideal with first dishes based on sea-fruits, shrimps, grilled prawns.
