Alcohol content: 12% by vol.
Features: bright salmon pink color. To the nose offers intense hints from floreal to fruity with clear evidence of peach and pink grapefruit. Fresh and juicy to the palate with a remarkable sapid accent, a very coherent aftertaste on the fruity notes.
Recommendation: highly suggested to be tried with fish appetizers and dishes based upon vegetables.
Serving temperature: 10 Â° C - 12 Â°C.
