Vino Spumante Extra Dry - I.G.P. Grape variety: Bianco di Alessano, Verdeca. Territory: all vineyards are cultivated in the Salento wine producing area. Alcohol content: 11,50% by vol. Fermentation and wine-making notes: the fermentation's process takes place into inox steel tanks at thermocontrolled temperature using the Charmat method. Features: straw-yellow colour, intense bouquet and with scents of apple, offers a pleasant and well-balanced taste. Rightly evanescent foam with an elegant and persistent perlage. Recommendation: ideal as aperitif, perfect for celebrating the great events. Serving temperature: 6 - 8 °C. Type of closure: sparkling wine cap.
