Grape variety: Bianco di Alessano, Verdeca.
Territory: all vineyards are cultivated in the Salento wine producing area.
Alcohol content: 11% by vol.
Fermentation and wine-making notes: the fermentation's process takes place into inox
steel tanks at thermocontrolled temperature.
Features: straw-yellow colour, with an elegant perlage, pleasant at taste and well-balanced, scents of fresh fruits.
Recommendation: ideal as aperitif, appetizers with sea fruits, fish or first dishes with shellfish
Serving temperature: 6 - 8 °C.
