Squinzano D.O.P. Red Wine Grape variety: 80% Negroamaro; 20% Malvasia Nera. Territory: all vineyards are located in the municipalities of Squinzano, Novoli, San Pietro Vernotico, Campi Salentina. Alcohol content: 14% by vol. Fermentation and wine-making notes: initial stage of fermentation with maceration into inox steel tanks at thermocontrolled temperature for 15 days. Features: warm and harmonic taste, with a full body structure, intense and powerful to the nose and to the colour. Ageing: refined into barriques. Recommendation: matches well with red meats, hunting meat and hard cheeses. Serving temperature: 16 °C.
