Passito Rosso - I.G.P.
Red Wine
Grape variety: Malvasia Nera whitered directly on the vines.
Territory: all vineyards are located in the municipality of Novoli.
Alcohol content: 15%+2 by vol.
Fermentation and wine-making notes: initial stage of fermentation with maceration into inox steel tanks at thermocontrolled temperature for 12 days.
Features: smooth, longlasting and harmonic taste, with a full body structure, rich of persistent aromas of ripe fruits.
Ageing: refined into barriques.
Recommendation: ideal as dessert wine with typical Salento's dried sweet marzipan.
Serving temperature: 14 °C.
