Features: straw-yellow colour and green nuances with a persisent bouquet of tropical fruits, it offers a pleasant, well-balanced , fresh taste of melon, green apples and young fruits.
Recommendation: ideal as aperitif and with appetizers based upon sea-fruits and fish or shell-fish dishes.
Serving temperature: 8 - 10 Â°C.
