Vineyards

Our vineyards are all located in the Salento's territory.
We dedicate particular care, helped by a lucky location, to the production of wines such as the Primitivo, the Negroamaro and the DOC Salice Salentino and Squinzano.
We grow grapes like the Negroamaro, the Malvasia and the Primitivo both using the Apulian Sapling method and both the espalier's one. Our estates count about 3.500 vines per hectar cultivated at Apulian sapling which are about 30 years old aged. The ones cultivated at espalier are 5.400 per hectar with an average age of 20/30 years old. Our cultivation method uses the less chemical treatments possible because we strongly believe in respecting the natural environment.
